I would like to return my order

Returning an item is simple:

1. Check Return Eligibility:
   • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
   • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Initiate a Return:
   • Go to My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return.
3. Ship Your Item Back:
   • Use the return label provided or ship to our address.

Note: Refunds for returns are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item.
