Refunds and Disputes

Overview

We understand that issues may arise with your order. Here’s how to handle refunds and disputes:

  1. Requesting a Refund:
    • Go to your account dashboard and select Order History.
    • Find the order you’d like to request a refund for.
    • Click Request Refund and provide a reason for your request.
  2. Dispute Resolution:
    • Contact our support team via email if you have concerns about your order.
    • Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
